PRINTING / PRODUCTS / ORDERS
What do you need to check?
Find a short answer, then use the relevant guide. For one piece, choose a garment. For batches or store orders, send a short brief.
Start with your order
3Can I print just one item?
Selected garments and print options start at one piece. Choose a product and open its designer to add your artwork. Labels, embroidery and other finishing may have separate conditions.
Which route should I use for my brand or store?
Use the short business request for a print batch or ongoing store orders. Begin with the garment direction, artwork and a short description of what you need. Detailed stock and monthly-order forecasts are not required for the first conversation.
Do I need a finished Tech Pack before asking?
For an initial POD discussion, share the garment reference, artwork and approximate quantity you already have. The team can identify what still needs confirmation. Custom patterns and new fabric development follow a separate Meiting Garments brief.
Artwork & print files
5How do I upload my artwork?
Choose a product, open its designer and use Upload Image. Select the intended garment view, then adjust the design's dimensions and position. Check every location before saving.
Which file formats can I use?
The designer accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP and sanitized SVG. PNG can retain transparency; JPG cannot. Keep your editable original and check that any imported text, edges and colors appear as intended.
Will changing my file to 300 DPI make it sharper?
Changing a resolution label does not add original image detail. Check pixel dimensions at the actual print size. For example, a 1500-pixel image printed 10 inches wide has 150 pixels per inch; this calculation is an illustration, not a production acceptance limit.
Why is there a white rectangle around my design?
It may be part of the uploaded background. Check the artwork on a contrasting preview color. Tell the team whether the white area is intended artwork or should be transparent; background removal must not erase intentional white details.
Can I print on both sides, and what does Print Readiness mean?
The available views depend on the selected garment. Review each used location, because additional locations can change the price. Readiness checks help identify file or placement issues; a screen preview does not establish physical color, print feel or final production approval.
Fabric, fit & sizing
4How do I choose a size?
Open the product's size guide and compare garment measurements with a similar item laid flat, using the stated measuring method. Garment dimensions are different from body measurements. If the chart is unavailable, ask for measurements before confirming.
Does a higher GSM mean better quality?
GSM measures fabric mass per square meter. It does not establish fiber content, thickness, fit, print quality or finished-garment weight. Compare the material information and actual sample as well as the listed number.
What is the difference between French terry and fleece?
Loopback French terry usually has visible inner loops. Brushed sweatshirt fleece has a raised, fuzzy inner surface. The terms do not specify a cotton percentage, warmth rating or print compatibility; inspect the actual fabric and ask what the supplier means by fleece.
Can I choose my print method from the fabric name alone?
No. The outer face, fiber composition, garment color, finishing, artwork and print position require review. An on-body photo helps show shape, but does not verify material composition or a wash result.
Prices & delivery
4What does the displayed product price include?
The catalog price covers the garment only. Printing, embroidery, other decoration and shipping are extra. Labels, packaging, storage or handling may add costs when agreed. Pre-launch figures are reference amounts; check the confirmed itemized scope.
How can I compare two print quotes fairly?
Use the same garment, color, quantity by size, artwork version, print dimensions, locations, packing and destination. Separate garment, setup, decoration, delivery and any tax or duty assumptions. A cheaper blank-only price is not the same as a finished delivered order.
What information is needed for a delivery estimate?
The destination, selected garments, quantities, packing and shipping route affect the estimate. Confirm when production can begin and distinguish dispatch from arrival. A general POD offer does not guarantee a local same-day service or a particular delivery date.
Can I add labels, packaging or individual dispatch?
These can be reviewed for selected projects. Confirm material quantities, artwork, attachment or packing instructions, fees and stock ownership. One-piece garment printing does not mean every branding material can be produced one at a time.
Samples, changes & order help
5Is a digital mockup the same as a physical sample?
No. A mockup helps check artwork and placement. A physical decorated sample lets you inspect the garment and print together. Photos and video do not fully establish feel, fit on your body, exact color or care performance.
What should I approve before a repeat print or batch?
Identify the sample, garment, color, size, artwork version, print locations and physical dimensions. Record accepted items, revisions and open questions. Confirm the work being authorized and the applicable order conditions; a general OK does not approve every later change.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Open the private order link and check which requests are available for its current stage. Include the exact change and order reference. Availability, cost and timing require review; a change cannot be assumed to be free or possible after work has started.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Use Report an Issue from the private order portal when available. Identify the affected item and describe the expected and actual result. Useful images show the whole item and the specific issue. A refund or reprint preference is a request for review, not a guaranteed outcome.
How do tracking and reorders work?
Use Track Order with your order number and checkout email, or the secure order link in My Studio. Reorder creates a new copy of the saved design. Confirm current garment availability, print details, price and delivery for the new order.
Brands & store orders
4What should I send in the first business request?
Start with the garment or product reference, your artwork and whether you need a print batch or ongoing store orders. Share an approximate quantity if known. Size mix, destination, packing and timing can be clarified during follow-up.
Can a print order include different sizes?
Yes. Confirm the quantity by size for each garment, color and artwork. Decide whether the graphic dimensions stay the same or need review across sizes; approval of one preview does not settle every size automatically.
Does POD include an automatic store integration?
Order handover needs a separate agreement. Confirm whether the supported route is manual or a verified store connection, which data is required and how tracking and exceptions are returned. Do not assume an integration from the POD service name.
What if a garment or packing material becomes unavailable?
Agree whether to hold the order, request approval of an alternative or review another outcome. A substitution may affect fit, artwork, cost and timing. Keep a record of the replacement and the approval rather than silently changing the order.
