MadeOnBlank is operated by Meiting Garments. Registered company details, the full business address and a dedicated privacy email are being updated. You can send a privacy question through our inquiry form. Include only information needed to identify your request.

Information we use

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional business information, message, artwork, design data, quantities and previews. Account and support features also store information you choose to submit. Limited security logs, including a hashed IP address, help prevent abuse. Online payment is disabled; this release does not collect card details.

Purpose and local drafts

We use this information to review feasibility, prepare and respond to a quote request, answer questions and protect the website. Unsaved drafts and design carts stay in your browser until submitted or saved through a server-backed feature. Necessary session cookies support account and administrator access. Removing a local draft does not delete a request already submitted.

Storage and access

Requests and attachments are stored on our Vultr-hosted server in Los Angeles, United States. Authorized company staff may review them from China. Technical or production providers receive information only as needed to support the request. Submitting a file does not authorize its use as a public case study.

Retention and your requests

Information is kept for inquiry follow-up and relevant operational or legal needs. A fixed retention schedule and market-specific procedures are pending company review. Request access, correction or deletion through the inquiry form, quoting your inquiry number and email. Identity may need to be verified before records are disclosed or changed. Do not upload sensitive personal records or unnecessary third-party data.
