Before your custom order
Design and quote requests
This release accepts designs and inquiries. Online payment is not available. Submitting a design does not start production.
Review your design
Check the garment, color, spelling, artwork rights, size quantities and placement. Browser previews are references. Fabric, ink and display settings affect the finished appearance. Technical review and any required sample or factory proof must happen before production approval.
Quote and delivery
Garment availability, process suitability, quantity and destination are reviewed before a quote is confirmed. Decoration, packing, freight, taxes and duties are included only where the written quote says so. Timing depends on the approved specification and actual schedule.
Request changes
Send the inquiry reference and revised instructions through the inquiry form. Revisions affecting price, materials, process or timing require renewed review.
Cancellation and product issues
Order-specific cancellation, returns and defect-resolution conditions will be confirmed before an order is accepted. This website does not yet offer online purchasing. A sales policy will be published after company, merchant and delivery rules are reviewed. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
