DESIGN REQUESTS AND ORDER REVIEW
What can change, and when.
Online payment is not available. To revise a design request, send your inquiry number and updated instructions through the inquiry form. The production controls below describe later order stages; sending a request does not approve a proof or start production.
PROOF APPROVAL
A proof revision creates a new version. The approved order version is retained and production waits for explicit approval.
ISSUE EVIDENCE
Issue evidence is private, content-validated and held for manual security review before operator use.
REPRINTS
An approved reprint creates a separate zero-payment operational order linked to the original order and case.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Alternative products require customer approval, calibration remapping, print-readiness review and a new proof.
Confirm terms before ordering
Reporting windows, cancellation and refund timing, carrier-loss handling and shipping-cost responsibility require review before online purchasing opens. Your applicable specification and commercial terms must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Current order gates
- Before production: submit address, artwork or cancellation requests from the private order portal.
- After proof approval: requests may require a new proof and are not guaranteed.
- During production and quality control: online design/address changes and cancellation are locked.
- After shipment: use the Issue Center with product or delivery evidence.
- Refunds and reprints require operator review; neither is automatically promised.
