Your request goes to our inquiry desk. Include an email address so we can reply. Online payment is not available; a request does not start production.
Samples, tech packs, artwork, and destination lists are useful evidence for a first review.
MOQ, wash, decoration, fulfillment, customs, and DDP availability are confirmed per request.
Before you send
What happens after I submit a brief?
The brief is recorded in our inquiry desk and reviewed against what we can actually quote. We reply to the email address you provide. If a path is outside our scope we will say so rather than pass the request on.
What should I include to get a useful answer?
Start with the garment, your artwork or reference, and what you want to make. For business projects, say whether you are planning a print batch or orders for your store. If a detail is undecided, say so; further operating information can follow after the first review.
Which files can I attach?
PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG or ZIP, up to 10MB per submission. If your tech pack is larger, submit the brief first and describe the files; we will arrange a transfer.
Do I need a finished tech pack to start?
No. The attachment is optional. A reference garment, a sketch or a link to a product you want to benchmark against is enough to begin a capability review.
What happens to the details I send?
Submissions are stored on our own server rather than forwarded through a third-party form service, and your IP address is stored only as a hash. See the privacy notice for retention and contact details.
